Comments or complaints about our forest management
You are always welcome to contact us if you have questions, comments or complaints about our forest operations. This could be related to our forest operations in general or our forest management certification according to FSC® (FSC® 004466) and PEFC (PEFC/05-23-131).
When you send us an e-mail we create a case number that is registered in our case management system. You will then receive confirmation within ten working days that we have received your e-mail, and information regarding when you can expect a reply regarding your case. During the summer moths there can be a delay in our reply. You will receive a new e-mail from us when we have processed your case and can provide you with a reply.

Matters that concern SCA’s certified forest operations
We have a work procedure for questions, comments and complaints linked to our forest certifications under FSC® (FSC® 004466) and PEFC to ensure that these are dealt with as close to the forest as possible .
Step 1: To submit a comment or complaint about our certified forest operations, you must always first submit the matter to SCA Forest by e-mail: info.skog@sca.com
We deal with your matter as promptly as possible.
Remember to always include the following in your e-mail:
- Write in the subject line of your e-mail “Comment/Complaint about Xxxxx – SCA Forest FSC/PEFC”
- A detailed description of your issue. If possible, include pictures and a map to assist and speed up the process
- Specify the requirement/s in the standard to which your comment/complaint refers
- Your contact details (name and telephone number)
Step 2: If you do not think you received a satisfactory response from us, you can take up your comment/complaint with the certification body that reviews and issues SCA Forest’s certificates. Our forestry certification under FSC and PEFC is reviewed by WSP which you can e-mail on: karina.kitnaes@wsp.com
Our chain of custody certificates are audited by Bureau Veritas. On their website, you can read more about how they handle customer complaints, learn about their complaint process, and submit a complaint.
